HCLF Women’s Group

We know that hairy cell leukemia affects more men than women. We also know that having a rare disease can be isolating, perhaps even more so for women as they may rarely meet other women with HCL. We have built a network of women around the world who are living with hairy cell leukemia. Whether you are recently diagnosed, have relapsed, or have been in remission for years, we hope you will find valuable resources and support.

Share your Story

Stories are powerful. By sharing your story, you’re helping other women know what they might experience when they’re diagnosed or treated for hairy cell leukemia. You’re letting other patients and families know they’re not alone. You’re helping other women in their journey. You’re also helping us develop better resources to support all patients, now and in the future.

We will be highlighting stories from women on this page. Click for details and to complete the form to share your story. >>

Roundtable Meetings

The Women’s Group roundtable brings together women with HCL to share experiences and offer peer-to-peer support. We encourage all women impacted by HCL from anywhere in the world to join this warm and welcoming group! Women should bring questions about their diagnosis or treatment journey with HCL.
